At Intentional Learning Time, we want everything to be clear and stress-free. Here’s the short version:

  • 📚 Paperback Workbooks → Printed through Amazon and shipped directly to you. Standard processing and shipping times apply.
  • 📥 Instant downloads → Nothing is shipped, everything is digital.
  • 👩👩👧 For your use only → One license per household or classroom. Please don’t share, resell, or redistribute.
  • 🛠️ Support → Resources are designed to be easy to use, but tech support is available.
  • 💸 Refunds → Due to the nature of digital files, all sales are final. Our workbooks are a consumable product and can be returned within 14 days from when you received your order and product is in the original condition, not written in, bent nor, torn.
  • 🔑 Discounts → One code per order, valid once only.
  • 🔒 Privacy → We never sell or share your information.
  • ❤️ Our promise → Every purchase supports our small family business, and we’ll always create products with care and intention.
  • ⏳ Cancellations → Each workbook is print-to-order, so once production begins, orders can’t be canceled or changed. Please double-check your details before completing your purchase.

Welcome to Intentional Learning Time! We’re a small family business passionate about creating resources that make handwriting fun and meaningful for children. By purchasing, downloading, or using our products, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

Paperback Workbooks

  • All of our paperback workbooks are physical products and are shipped to the customer.
  • All workbooks are for personal and educational use only.
  • To be eligible for a refund, you must email us at hello@intentionallearningtime.com within 14 days from receiving your workbook(s), item(s) must be in original condition, not written in, bent, or torn. 
  • 🔑 Discounts → One code per order, valid once only.
  • ⏳ Cancellations → Each workbook is made-to-order, so once production begins, orders can’t be canceled or changed. Please double-check your details before completing your purchase.

Instant Digital Downloads

  • All of our resources are digital files. Nothing will be shipped.
  • Once your payment is processed, your files will be available instantly.
  • Due to the nature of digital files, all sales are final.

Support

  • Our products are designed to be simple and easy to use.
  • For additional support with purchases, please contact us @info@intentionallearningtime.com.

Privacy

  • We value trust. Your privacy matters to us.
  • We never sell, rent, or trade your information. Ever.

License & Personal Use

  • Your purchase gives one (1) license for personal use only.
  • All rights, licenses, copyrights, titles, and ownership remain with Intentional Learning Time.
  • You may print as many copies as you need for your household or classroom, but:
    • You may NOT share, resell, redistribute, give away for free, or include in a giveaway.
    • You may NOT modify or create derivative works from our products.

Discounts & Promotions

  • Only one discount code can be used per order.
  • Discount codes may not be reused.
  • Sales and promotions are limited-time only and may change at any time.

Refund Policy

  • Because of the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.
  • We do not issue refunds or exchanges on digital products.
  • We have a refund policy of 14 days on our paperback workbooks. You have 14 days to contact us at hello@intentionallearningtime.com from when you received your order to let us know you would like a refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in its original condition, not written in, bent, or torn. You will also need proof of purchase or an order confirmation email. Customers are responsible for return shipping labels and fees. Once your return is processed and the item is received, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that your refund has been completed, and it will go back to the original payment method.

Cancelling Orders

  • Each paperback workbook from Intentional Learning Time is print-to-order, printed just for you once your purchase is placed. Because of this process, we’re unable to cancel or change orders once they’ve entered production.

    We encourage you to double-check your selections, shipping address, and quantity before completing your purchase. This ensures your order is made exactly as you intended.

    If you notice an error right after placing your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible at hello@intentionallearningtime.com. While we can’t guarantee a cancellation, we’ll do our best to assist before your item begins production.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including text, logos, graphics, products, downloads, designs, and more (the “Content”)—is owned by Intentional Learning Time and protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, revocable license to download and print our Content for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You agree not to copy, duplicate, modify, distribute, or sell any Content without our prior written permission.

User Content & Lawful Use

When you post or share Content with us (on our site or social media):

  • You confirm you own the rights or have permission to share it.
  • You agree not to upload or share anything that is:
    • Illegal or infringing on others’ rights
    • Defamatory, obscene, abusive, or otherwise harmful
