Focus: Spacing, rhythm, fluency, control, and preparing for sentence writing
1. Fine-Motor + Proprioception Warm-Up (2 minutes)

- Paper crumple challenge
- Quick “dot art” with pencil
These activities strengthen hands and improve writing stamina.
2. Focus Skill (30 seconds)
